Tata Steel pide más fondos tras contraoferta de CSN por Corus Prensa

CSN anunció el viernes que ofrece 4,75 libras por cada acción de Corus (5.300 millones de libras en total), superando las 4,55 libras (4.300 millones de libras en total) que ofreció Tata.

LONDRES (AFX-España) - Tata Steel Ltd ha alertado a las entidades financieras que apoyan sus operaciones que necesita más fondos para afrontar la batalla que mantiene por la angloholandesa Corus Group PLC con la brasileña Cia Siderurgica Nacional (CSN), según informa The Economic Times.

Tata obtuvo los fondos para financiar su oferta de ABN Amro y Deutsche Bank, junto con Credit Suisse y Standard Chartered.

Por otra parte, The Hindustan Times ha publicado que Tata Steel podría mejorar la oferta de la brasileña CNS en hasta un 10%.
