Ryanair dice que no subirá su oferta por Aer Lingus


    'En nuestra opinión, no hay nada en el documento de defensa de Aer Lingus o en su estrategia que justifique un precio superior a 2,80 euros', dijo el presidente ejecutivo de Ryanair, Michael O'Leary, en una carta a accionistas.

    LONDRES (AFX-España) - Ryanair Holdings PLC, la mayor aerolínea de bajo coste de Europa, dijo que no subirá su oferta hostil de 2,80 euros por acción sobre Aer Lingus Group PLC.

    Los analistas creen que la oferta de 1.480 millones de euros tiene pocas probabilidades de ser aceptada.

    Ryanair tiene ya un 19,2% en Aer Lingus y ha lanzado una oferta por el 50,1% que le daría el control de la compañía.
