Corrected: Wall Street flat as healthcare drags

NEW YORK (Reuters) - U.S. stocks ended little changed on Wednesday as disappointing outlooks from healthcare companies offset strong earnings from Morgan Stanley and Apple Inc .

The Dow Jones industrial average edged up 6.88 points, or 0.06 percent, at 11,123.94. The Standard & Poor's 500 Index slipped 1.31 points, or 0.11 percent, to 1,205.86. The Nasdaq Composite Index was up 4.30 points, or 0.17 percent, to 2,504.61.
