Wall St. briefly adds gains after Philly Fed


    NEW YORK (Reuters) - Stocks briefly added to gains on Thursday following a report that showed factory activity in the U.S. Mid-Atlantic region accelerated in March.

    * The Dow Jones industrial average was up 19.27 points, or 0.18 percent, at 10,752.94. The Standard & Poor's 500 Index was down 0.19 points, or 0.02 percent, at 1,166.02. The Nasdaq Composite Index was down 0.46 points, or 0.02 percent, at 2,388.63.
