LONDRES (Thomson Financial) - La inmobiliaria Colonial recibió una rebaja de recomendación de 'neutral' a 'reducir' por parte de UBS, que también recortó su precio objetivo a 3,4 euros por motivos de valoración tras su fusión con Inmocaral y su actualización estratégica, según agentes.
