Greek team reshuffle could help talks with lenders - Noyer


    PARIS (Reuters) - A reshuffle of Greece's team handling talks with European and IMF lenders, widely seen as an effort to relegate Finance Minister Yanis Varoufakis, could help discussions, Bank of France chief Christian Noyer said on Tuesday.

    "He's creating a number of tensions so that can certainly help the negotiations - but it doesn't change the substance at all. The Greek government ... must finally decide on serious reforms to put the economy back on track," he told France's Europe 1 radio.
