Greek finance minister says expects to win Thursday's vote

ATHENS (Reuters) - Greek Finance Minister Evangelos Venizelos said he expected to win Thursday's crucial final vote on the details of a 28 billion euro austerity package after parliament approved on Wednesday the framework law.

"Today a significant step was taken, tomorrow the second one will take place, and on Sunday I will be able to go to the Eurogroup meeting with proof of the country's credibility," Venizelos told Reuters after the vote.

Greece's ruling Socialist party won Wednesday's ballot by 155 votes to 138.
