Blast heard in diplomatic quarter of Afghan capital Kabul


    KABUL (Reuters) - A loud blast was heard in the diplomatic area of Kabul on Saturday followed by blaring alarms, Reuters witnesses said.

    There was no immediate confirmation of what caused the blast of whether there were any casualties.
