Earthquake of magnitude 6.1 strikes off Alaska -USGS



    LONDON (Reuters) - An earthquake with a magnitude of 6.1 struck on the coast of Alaska on Friday, the United States Geological Survey reported.

    The USGS said the quake's epicenter was 55 kilometers west-northwest of Elfin Cove and 35.4 kilometers deep.
