Explosion hits World Cup viewing area in northeast Nigeria


    ABUJA (Reuters) - An explosion rocked an area near the town of Damaturu in northeastern Nigeria where fans had gathered to watch a World Cup football match on Tuesday, a security source told Reuters.

    There was no immediate word on casualties.
