Iraq parliament speaker says no vote on cabinet

BAGHDAD (Reuters) - Iraq's parliament will not hold a vote on a new government on Monday, the parliamentary speaker said.

"There will be no session today (to vote on the cabinet)," Osama al-Nujaifi told reporters.

Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki had been scheduled to present his cabinet choices to parliament on Monday. Officials said last-minute disputes among political blocs had delayed the announcement.
