Suspected suicide bomber kills four in NW Pakistan


    MINGORA, Pakistan (Reuters) - A suspected suicide bomber killed at least four people on Friday outside the office of a top official in Pakistan's northwestern district of Lower Dir, police and intelligence agency officials said.
