Mediaset hará oferta no vinculante por 50% de ProSieben el martes -Prensa


    El 100% de ProSieben tiene un valor de 5.000 millones de euros, añade el diario italiano.

    MILÁN (AFX-España) - El consejo de Mediaset SpA podría presentar una oferta no vinculante por el 50,5% de la red de televisión alemana ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG, publica hoy Il Messaggero según fuentes próximas al grupo italiano.
