Monster to Provide European Career Services On MSN

Monster has teamed up with MSN, a world leading internet portal,
to provide career services in ten countries across Europe. The
collaboration will allow Monster to reach even more job seekers and
offer its customers even more diverse job postings across the MSN
Network. In turn, MSN will benefit by offering its subscribers a
high-standard career service across Europe direct from its homepage.

Monster career services are currently available from MSN in the
UK, France, Italy, Belgium, Spain, Norway and Sweden and will extend
to Denmark in November 2007. From January 2007, the collaboration will
extend to the Netherlands and Germany.

"Joining forces with MSN will enable us to reach an even broader
audience both from a job seeker and customer point of view," says
Peter Dolphin, CEO, Monster Worldwide Europe. "As two key Internet
brands it is very exciting to join forces to help us reach an even
    larger online audience ."

According to comScore World Metrix in June 2006, Monster was the
13th most visited site globally and MSN, as the world's leading
internet portal, is visited by 465 million consumers globally each
month across the MSN network. Together, the sites create a powerful
    online career service tool.

Via the collaboration Monster will also advertise on key sections
of the MSN portal, including the home page reaching an even wider
range of potential subscribers across the ten markets.
