Cartera Industrial REA declara 5% en Tubacex


    Antes de declarar esta participación REA tenía un 2,9 por ciento del grupo de tubos de acero inoxidable, menos del umbral del 3 por ciento por encima del cual es necesario declarar las participaciones en entidades cotizadas.

    MADRID, 14 nov (Reuters) - Cartera Industrial REA ha declarado una participación del 5 por ciento en TUBACEX (TUB.MC), según los registros de la CNMV.
