Colonia Real Estate AG: Fund Management Team Complete!

As announced in April, CRE Fonds Management GmbH have
completed their management team as per 1.08.2006. Besides Mario
Liebermann (managing partner) and Daniel Grosch (managing director),
Siegrid Maas (managing partner), Marcel Schendekehl ("Prokurist" -
holder of special statutory authority) and Jens Freudenberg
("Prokurist" - holder of special statutory authority) complete the
team. Mrs Maas and Mr Schendekehl are responsible for
conceptualisation and fund management, while Jens Freudenberg takes
over sales of fund products!
CRE AG is majority shareholder (56%), the remaining 44% of shares
are held by the management team. All partners have many years of
experience in closed-end real estate funds and have successfully
conceptualised and sold innovative products at DB Real Estate.
The first closed-end real estate fund planned for this year,
"CareInvest Eins GmbH & Co.KG", is aimed at objects in the care sector
and thus covers a promising and attractive future real estate market.
