Brazil's Rousseff support rises ahead of October election - poll



    BRASILIA (Reuters) - Support for President Dilma Rousseff's among Brazilian voters has risen to 38 percent from 34 percent a month ago as Brazil prepares for elections in October, according to a new poll published on Wednesday.

    Support for her main challenger Aecio Neves has risen one percentage point to 20 percent, while Eduardo Campos advanced two percentage points among voters to 9 percent, the survey by Brazilian polling firm Datafolha said.

    The poll of 2,857 eligible voters posted on the website of the Folha de S.Paulo newspaper was carried out on Tuesday and Wednesday and has a margin of error of two percentage points either way.
