Finmeccanica and DRS Technologies to Provide Internet Broadcast of Conference Call

    today announced that they will hold a joint conference call with

    analysts and the investment community on the signing of a definitive

    merger agreement for Finmeccanica to acquire DRS. The call will be

    broadcast live over the Internet on Tuesday, May 13, 2008, beginning at

    9:00 a.m. EDT.

    officer Pier Francesco Guarguaglini, chief financial officer and
