GA Telesis, LLC Acquires Component FAA/EASA Approved MRO Facility and Re-Brands It as GA Telesis Component Repair Group Southeast (CRG SE)

    today announced that it has acquired the assets of Curtiss Wright

    Accessories Services located in Miami, FL, from Curtiss-Wright Controls

    Inc. GAT will operate the business as a going concern rebranded as GA

    Telesis Component Repair Group Southeast ("GAT

    CRG SE" or "the

    Company").
    GAT CRG SE is located at Miami International Airport in a 56,000

    square-foot facility and has sales offices worldwide where it is

    currently supporting the repair of Airbus, Boeing, Bombardier Douglas

    and Embraer components, including servo controls, hydraulics

    pneumatics, fuel systems, hydro-mechanical, electronics and power

    generation. The Company currently maintains the highest level of quality

    organizational accreditation as well as regulatory approvals and

    licenses from the US FAA, European Air Safety Agency (EASA), Chinese

    CAAC, Indonesian DGAC, Philippines ATO, Transport Canada, Thailand DCA

    and Argentina DNA.
