Philip Morris comprará varias marcas de Imperial Tobacco por 254 mln eur


    Philip Morris prevé que el acuerdo afecte positivamente a su beneficio por acción en 1 centavo.

    NUEVA YORK (Thomson Financial) - Philip Morris International ha acordado la compra de varias marcas a IMPERIAL TOBACCO(IMT.LO)Group PLC, entre las que se encuentra Interval, por 254 millones de euros.
