NSi Roadshow in April 2013: Easily Master the Document Flood with Apps

In Happy Capture Land, there are no media disruptions. None, at least, that cannot be easily fixed. With the click of a button, intuitive apps transform paper into the ideal digital format and send them automatically to the right person. Alternatively, they forward office documents to your smartphone and simultaneously extract selected data in order to always keep specialist applications up to date.

Workers in Happy Capture Land clearly work in a more efficient manner, as they no longer have to perform the numerous manual tasks involved in handling documents; intelligent workflows and automated processes with, for example, barcodes and special menus for multi-function products (MFPs) now take care of all that.

During its roadshow, spanning twelve European cities from April 9-25, Notable Solutions, Inc. (NSi) will show you all that Happy Capture Land has to offer for you to perform those everyday office tasks both quicker and smarter.

With the help of various live demonstrations, the rather technical theme of "Creating and processing documents" is explained in an easy-to-understand and exciting way. Practical examples in Happy Capture Land "´ NSi´s virtual company "´ illustrate ideas which promote working together, eliminate the need for several data entries or prevent documents from being misplaced.

Target groups and dates

These free afternoon events with the motto "Cut your document processes down to size" are directed at decision-makers in departments with document-intensive processes, regardless of the sector they work in. Examples are personnel, administration, legal, sales or logistics and IT.
