Reliance Launches Its Sovereign Debt Management Program and Claims It isthe Solution to the Pending Debt Crisis



    Spokesperson for Reliance Bullion Exchange, Lisa Bergman, confirmed the New York based financial advisory firm has launched its Sovereign Debt Management Program. The firm´s program is designed to provide sovereigns and central banks with a permanent innovative method to manage, and remove debt from their balance sheet.
