Humala widens lead over Fujimori - Peru results


    LIMA (Reuters) - Left-wing candidate Ollanta Humala has a thin but widening lead over right-wing lawmaker Keiko Fujimori in Peru's presidential election, the official electoral regulator said on Sunday.

    Official results showed Humala with 50.7 percent of the votes and Fujimori with 49.3 percent after 81 percent of ballot boxes were counted.
