ICE is now Genpact in Spain

Genpact, which manages business processes for companies around the
world, announced it has received an approval from Spain´s trade
registry to rename ICE Strategy Consultants S.L., and Business
Communications Experts S.L., as Genpact in Spain. The two companies
are part of the Spanish operations of ICE Enterprise Solutions, a
leading European SAP service provider, which was acquired by Genpact
earlier this year as part of its strategy to expand its ERP offerings
to global clients. These business entities will now be known as
Genpact Strategy Consultants S.L., and Genpact Business Communications
Experts S.L., in Spain.

ICE is an SAP Services Partner, Utilities Partner, and BW/SEM
Partner in the Netherlands and an SAP Partner and StreamServe Partner
in Spain. Since 1996, ICE has been delivering business consulting
services and SAP configuration skills to a variety of blue chip
multinationals. It specializes in serving European enterprises in the
manufacturing, utilities, oil & gas, insurance and financial services
industries.
