Rosinter Restaurants Holding: Notice of First Half 2007 Results Announcement Date

OJSC Rosinter Restaurants Holding (Rosinter), the leading Casual
Dining Restaurants Chain in Russia and CIS (RTS:ROST), will announce
on October 15th 2007 its unaudited interim results prepared in
accordance with IFRS for the six months ended June 30th 2007 and its
trade update for 9 months of 2007 ended September 30th 2007. The
results will be published at www.rosinter.com

On October 15th, following publication of results, Rosinter's
management will host a conference call with investors and analysts at
17:00 Moscow/14:00 London/ 9:00 New York time to review the Group's
Interim results and comment on current operations. There will be a Q&A
session following the presentation.
