Boeing sees profit drop on fewer plane deliveries


    CHICAGO (Reuters) - Boeing on Wednesday posted a lower quarterly profit after the company made fewer commercial airplane deliveries than a year ago.

    The company said its fourth-quarter net profit amounted to $1.16 billion, or $1.56 per share, compared with $1.27 billion, or $1.75 per share, a year earlier.
