SafeNet Extends Agreement with Senetas



    SafeNet, Inc., a global leader in information security, today
    announced the Company has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)
    with Senetas to extend the manufacturing agreement of its high speed
    network encryption hardware. This provides for SafeNet's continuation
    of production and global distribution of the industry's only FIPS
    Certified Ethernet Encryption products as well as the FIPS accredited
    High Speed ATM and SONET products.

    reliable source for product delivery, manufacturing, on-going
    technical support, maintenance, and roadmap commitments to global

    Senetas partner able to offer FIPS Certified Encryptors, SafeNet will
    continue to lead the market in innovative technology solutions."

    Since 2003, the technology partnership between SafeNet and Senetas
    has resulted in SafeNet products being sold to international
    governments and commercial organizations, including the U.S.
    Department of Defense.
