Whaling moratorium talks hit impasse: delegates
"After nearly three years of discussions, it appears our discussions are at an impasse," said a statement from the U.S. delegation to the talks in the Moroccan city of Agadir.
Sue Lieberman, of the anti-whaling Pew Environment Group, who was attending the talks, said: "This means these talks are finished."
