Barclays habla con regulador holandés AFM por posible compra de ABN Amro


    La reunión tuvo lugar ayer, dijeron los responsables de AFM durante la presentación de su informe anual.

    AMSTERDAM (AFX-España) - Barclays PLC se ha reunido con el regulador de los mercados en Holanda, AFM, para mantener conversaciones preliminares sobre la posible adquisición de ABN Amro Holding NV, confirmó un portavoz del citado regulador.
