Arcom Selects Wavecom Wireless CPU(R) for Innovative Asset Tracking Solution

Arcom, Inc. and Wavecom, Inc. (Paris:AVM) (NASDAQ:WVCM)
(ISIN:FR0000073066) today announced the selection of the Wavecom GR64
Wireless CPU(R) as the wireless technology for the Arcom ZyWAN asset
tracking system. This robust, rugged tracking device offers
comprehensive mobile asset tracking functionality, including
automotive vehicle location and mobile computing using global cellular
    connectivity.

With its GPS adapter, the ZyWAN provides a sophisticated tracking
program to report tracking device location, speed and heading at
regular intervals. It even collects data when out of network range.
The ZyWAN operates on a fully-configurable embedded Linux(R) router
enabling a variety of network and security services. ZyWAN's
technology provides real-time access to any Ethernet, 802.11 or serial
device for both mobile and fixed-data applications. Settings can be
changed and managed quickly and easily with the ZyWAN GUI, a simple
tool that allows the user to make changes locally or over the air. One
major fruit producer is already using the ZyWAN to trace products from
the farm to the supermarket, monitoring everything from location to
    temperature and humidity.

"We have had a long and beneficial relationship with the team at
Wavecom," said Arlen Nipper, President of Arcom. "The GR64 is at the
heart of the ZyWAN unit, enabling us to offer industry-leading asset
    tracking and management functionality."

"Arcom applies leading-edge technology to the specialty
asset-tracking market," said Anders Franzen, Chief Operating Officer
and President of Wavecom, Inc. "We're proud to be a part of this
application which represents an innovative use of wireless technology
    for asset tracking."

Wavecom GR64, visit Wavecom at CTIA, March 27-29 in the M2M Zone,
