Europistas- Telekutxa transfiere su 8,82% a BBK, Caja Vital y Kutxa

Así, BBK contará con 6,96% en Europistas (9.374.782 acciones), Caja Vital tendrá un 1,76% (2.373.363 acciones )y Kutxa un 0,1% (118.668 acciones).

MADRID (AFX-España) - Telekutxa (participada por BBK, Caja Vital y Kutxa) ha transferido su 8,82% en Europistas a las cajas que la integran a un precio de 9,37 euros por acción, según informó Telekutxa a la CNMV.

Telekutxa lanzó a finales de 2006 una opa conjunta con Sacyr Vallehermoso para hacerse con el 100% de Europistas.
