Cranes Software Announces the Release of NISA Version 15.0 for Windows(TM)


    Cranes Software International Limited (CSIL), a leading provider
    of specialized scientific software products & services today announced
    the launch of NISA V15.0 for Windows(TM) - the latest version of its
    industry leading FEA package 'NISA'. NISA Version 15 comes with a host
    of new features and marks a significant improvement over the previous
    version. Some of these are:

    -- Multiple support excitation capability to handle non-uniform
    support excitation problems. USNRC rules are now supported.

    -- Seventeen new crack propagation configurations are now
    included with ENDURE. Also, FEM models for plates, pipes and
    elbows with blunt cracks can now be generated automatically
    for user specified geometric dimensions and applied loads.

    -- 3D-Magnetodynamic analysis and 3D-Transient Magnetic Analysis
    without massive conductors for harmonic current sources is now
    supported in NISA/EMAG using the magnetic vector potential and
    electric scalar potential approach.

    -- SAT to NEUTRAL translator is upgraded to support ACIS R16
    Geometry Kernel. SolidWorks(TM) 2007 and IGES Version 5.3 are
    also now supported. CAD translators such as ProE(TM) to
    Neutral, Advanced IGES to Neutral, CATIA V4(TM) to Neutral and
    CATIA V5(TM) to Neutral are now available.
