RCS presenta oferta por Recoletos valorada en 1.100 mln eur; Recoletos acepta


    La italiana afirma que Recoletos aceptó la oferta de RCS y se mantendrá como accionista de referencia del grupo.

    MILAN (AFX) - RCS Mediagroup SpA ha aprobado una propuesta para comprar Recoletos, en una oferta valorada en 1.100 millones de euros.
