BP- Director ejecutivo saliente Browne apoyó una fusión con Shell - Prensa


    Una fuente dijo al periódico que Browne planeó fusionar BP con Shell, pero la propuesta nunca fue formalizada ante Shell o al consejo de BP.

    LONDRES (AFX-España) - El director ejecutivo saliente de BP PLC, Lord Browne of Madingley, apoyó una fusión con Royal Dutch Shell, dijo al diario británico The Daily Telegraph.

    Hace menos de dos semanas, Browne anunció, por sorpresa, que abandonaría su puesto en el verano.
