Google boosts revenue, profit in second quarter


    SAN FRANCISCO (Reuters) - Google Inc reported net revenue of $6.92 billion in the second quarter, compared with $5.09 billion a year earlier.

    Google said net income increased 36 percent year-on-year to $2.51 million, or $7.68 a share.
