Obama, Japan PM to hold phone discussion Wednesday


    TOKYO (Reuters) - U.S. President Barack Obama and Japan's Prime Minister Shinzo Abe will hold a phone discussion Wednesday morning Tokyo time, a Japanese government official said.

    The topic was not immediately known, but Kyodo news agency said they would discuss the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) and other matters.
