Centre-right seen ahead in Czech vote - 5 percent counted
The Czech Statistical Office said the main right-wing party, the Civic Democrats, had 17.8 percent. Their potential allies, the conservative TOP09, had 13.8 percent, and the centrist Public Affairs had 10.8 percent.
Seat allocation was not available but the results indicated the centre-right would have a narrow majority in parliament.
