Suicide blast outside NATO compound in Kabul kills 3

KABUL (Reuters) - A suicide car bomb outside the headquarters of U.S. and NATO troops in Kabul on Saturday killed three people and wounded 14, Afghan Defence Ministry spokesman Yousuf Azimy said.

He said the toll was provisional and could rise further. The blast struck just outside the heavily fortified military compound in a diplomatic quarter of the capital.
