Stream Global Services Launches Stream Enterprise, a Shared Services Offering in Europe

Stream Global Services today introduced Stream Enterprise, an innovative shared services offering that brings the power and value of Stream´s global business process outsourcing capabilities to small and midsize organizations in Europe. Stream Enterprise helps organizations increase revenue and reduce costs by managing customer interactions across multiple channels, such as voice, chat, email and social media. Stream can also turn routine customer interactions into opportunities to sell additional products and services. With Stream Enterprise, small to midsize organizations are able to outsource those activities without having to commit to dozens or hundreds of dedicated call center seats. Instead, small and midsize organizations can share access to Stream support professionals and sales professionals who are experts in turning customer interactions into sales engagements.

Stream is launching this service through five of its European service centers, including Amsterdam, Berlin, Manchester (UK), La Coruna, and Milan. This presents an option for growing organizations that previously lacked the scale needed to engage the services of a global BPO provider like Stream.

Stream Enterprise offers small and midsize organizations a broad range of Stream´s services, including sales, technical support, customer care and back office support. The service also marks the first offering that combines Stream´s traditional BPO services with the sales and lead generation capabilities Stream gained with its recent acquisition of U.K.-based LBM Holdings, Limited. Stream now offers a multi-lingual telesales operation that extends LBM´s capabilities to organizations in other key European markets.

"Stream Enterprise brings innovative service offerings that deliver greater value to a wider range of European clients," said Cormac Twomey, senior vice president of business development & client management for Stream in EMEA. "We looked at small and midsize organizations and saw an unmet need among companies that have aggressive growth plans. Many companies need the power of a company like Stream to help them grow revenue and reduce costs, but perhaps required a more flexible approach to begin outsourcing key functions. Stream Enterprise will allow those clients to reap the benefits of our advanced service offerings and we can grow and adapt our service offerings alongside our growing clients."
