Mediaset confirma posibilidad de lanzar oferta por 50% de ProSieben


    'Evaluaremos la posibilidad de hacer una oferta por el 50,5% de ProSiebenSat1', dijo un portavoz, lo que confirma la noticia publicada hoy en Il Messaggero.

    MILAN (AFX-España) - Mediaset SpA afirma que su consejo examinará el martes la posibilidad de comprar un 50,5% de la cadena alemana ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG.

    El total de ProSieben está valorado en 5.000 millones de euros, señalaba el diario.
