Luxury Lifestyle Hotels Signs Agreement with HMC



    HMC (Hospitality Marketing Concepts), the leading
    solution provider of loyalty membership programs, has been selected by
    Luxury Lifestyle Hotels and Resorts to design and implement a
    groupwide private-label membership program.
    The "Luxury Lifestyle Card," a premium membership club, offers
    recognition and benefits at all participating hotels within the Luxury
    Lifestyle Hotels and Resorts portfolio. Members will enjoy member-only
    room rates, complimentary nights, room upgrades, special offers, and
    more. The 12-month membership also provides the member with unlimited
    complimentary dining at any of the participating hotel restaurants
    when accompanied by one or more paying guests. The Luxury Lifestyle
    Card is expected to launch with at least 45 of the 65 Luxury Lifestyle
    Hotels and Resorts in the first phase.

    benefits to CLUBHOTEL(R) members, participating hotels will have
    access to a substantial international marketing database consisting
