MoneyGram chooses Cezanne Saint-honoré by SFL

MoneyGram, a leading global money transfer company, and SFL (Paris:FLY) have signed a long-term lease agreement for 1,300 sq. m of office space in the Cezanne Saint-Honoré building.
In early 2013, the MoneyGram teams will move into the building´s vast sixth floor, which has been entirely refurbished by SFL.
MoneyGram and SFL were advised by Knight Frank.
The lease agreement is consistent with SFL´s strategy of developing prime office space in the Paris central business district for leading companies.
With an exceptional portfolio of properties valued at €3.4 billion including transfer costs, essentially located in the Paris Central Business District, SFL is a preferred vehicle for investors wishing to invest in the Paris office and retail property market. As the leading player in this market, the Group is firmly focused on pro-actively managing high-quality property assets. SFL has elected to be taxed as an SIIC since 2003.
