Another two units let in Carré Edouard VII by SFL

SFL (Paris:FLY) has signed two new leases in its Carré Edouard VII complex in the 9th arrondissement of Paris.
Duff & Phelps, a global financial advisory and investment banking firm, will soon be moving into a fully refurbished 712-square metre unit in 4 square Edouard VII.
La Manufacture du Design, an office design agency, has chosen a 500-square metre unit in square Edouard VII for its new offices and showroom.
In these transactions, Duff & Phelps was advised by CBRE, La Manufacture du Design by Savills and SFL by BNP Paribas Real Estate and Arthur Nash.
