U.S. to sell remaining Chrysler stake to Fiat


    WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The U.S. Treasury Department said on Thursday it reached an agreement to sell its remaining 6 percent equity stake in Chrysler to Italy's Fiat.

    The proceeds of the deal, which include selling the U.S. government's interest in a UAW retiree trust, would net $560 million, Treasury said in a statement.
