Dominique Illien Joins Sopra Group as Managing Director



    Regulatory News:

    Sopra Group (Paris:SOP), a leading European provider of Consulting
    and IT Services, announced today the arrival of Dominique Illien as a
    member of the Management Board. His nomination as Managing Director of
    the Group will be approved at the Advisory Board meeting on 20 June
    2007. He will have extensive operational responsibilities and will
    work closely with Pierre Pasquier who remains Chairman and CEO of
    Sopra Group.

    Pierre Pasquier is pleased with the nomination and
    comments: "Sopra Group has set itself some challenging performance
    objectives. The Group is currently carrying out a programme designed
    to further improve operational efficiency. This programme requires
    enterprise transformation, industrialised production and a renewal of
    the executive management team. Dominique Illien brings with him vast
    experience in both the IT services and technology sectors. I am very
    happy that he accepted our offer to join Sopra Group and am convinced
    that he will contribute significantly to the transformation and
    enhanced performance of the Group."

    Dominique Illien, formerly a member of the Management Board of
    Atos Origin, added: "I am extremely pleased to join the Management
    Board of such a dynamic company. Sopra Group has announced an
    ambitious development project within the context of a market
    undergoing complex transformation. This project is an exciting
    challenge and I'm anxious to contribute to its success with Pierre
    Pasquier and the entire Sopra Group team."

    Dominique Illien, 53 years old, has previously held diverse
    positions in top management. He began his career in IT services with
    Capgemini (1981-1992) followed by a stint at Axime (1993-1995) as the
    CFO. In 1995, he was named CEO of Groupe Sligos and, as such,
    strategically contributed to the merger of Sligos and Axime, resulting
    in the creation of Atos. As a member of the Management Board of Atos,
    and then of Atos Origin, his principle responsibilities included
    management of operations in France, Germany, Spain and Italy, as well
    as the management of Outsourcing services.
