JetBird Welcomes CAE/EMBRAER Phenom Training Facility at Burgess Hill

JetBird AG ('JetBird' or the 'Company'), the first Pan-European,
low cost executive jet operator, today welcomed the announcement by
CAE and Embraer to locate a Phenom training facility in a JetBird hub
    city.

The facility, which will cater for Embraer's Phenom 100 Very Light
Jet and the Phenom 300 Light Jet aircraft, will be located in Burgess
Hill, London. Burgess Hill is home to CAE's European business aviation
training centre. The state-of-the-art facility offers the highest
standard of training and the latest training tools consistent with
JetBird's ethos of maintaining the highest standards of safety and
    training among its fleet pilots.

JetBird, which has firm orders for 50 Phenom 100 aircraft and
options on a further 50 Phenom 100 (or 300 aircraft), is currently in
discussions with the objective of locating a hub in London. The
location of the Burgess Hill training facility will be extremely
beneficial for the certification of new pilots and ongoing training of
    existing JetBird pilots.

Domhnal Slattery, Founder & Chairman of JetBird, Europe's first
low cost private jet operator, commented "We would like to
congratulate CAE & Embraer on the launch of their joint venture to
provide pilot and maintenance training for the Phenom 100 and Phenom
300 executive jets at a new facility in Burgess Hill, UK. JetBird is
Embraer's European launch customer for the Phenom 100, and will
significantly benefit from the training facility in Burgess Hill."

Stefan Vilner, JetBird CEO concluded "The UK will represent a key
market for JetBird and will, over time, house some of the JetBird
Phenom fleet. JetBird will shortly begin the process of recruiting
pilots and begin their training process in advance of the launch of
Europe's first true low-cost private jet operation in April 2009."
