Syniverse Wins Mobitel Contract

Syniverse Technologies (NYSE:SVR), a leading provider of
technology and business solutions for the global telecommunications
industry, today announced it has been selected by Mobitel Georgia, a
mobile operator based in the Republic of Georgia and part of Russia's
VimpelCom Group, to provide GSM data clearing and settlement services.

Syniverse will provide Mobitel with its ACCESS S&E(R) GSM
Clearinghouse Services to ensure accurate invoicing and settlement of
Mobitel's roaming voice calls and wireless data events, and to
simplify the exchange and management of information between the
company and its roaming partners. With ACCESS S&E, Mobitel will
immediately be able to offer roaming to its subscribers, build its
competitive position in Georgia and, at the same time, generate
revenue from incoming roamers who are using Mobitel's network.
