Infogrames Entertainment: Board of Directors Membership



    Regulatory News:

    The board of directors of Infogrames Entertainment (Paris:IFG), at
    its meeting of April 4, 2007, decided to appoint Mr. Patrick Leleu as
    the Group's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, following the
    departure of founding Chairman Bruno Bonnell, who leaves his positions
    as Chairman, CEO and Director of the company, as well as all of his
    functions with Atari, Inc.
