Almirall selecciona a Morgan Stanley y Santander para salida a bolsa

En una nota de prensa, la farmacéutica española recuerda que Rothschild y ABN AMRO Rothschild participarán como asesores financieros.

MADRID (AFX-España) - Laboratorios Almirall ha seleccionado a Morgan Stanley como entidad coordinadora global y a Santander como bookrunner del tramo minorista español y como joint lead manager del tramo institucional para su salida a bolsa.
