CAPE TOWN (Reuters) - South African President Jacob Zuma will meet student and university leaders on Friday in a bid to break a stalemate over high fees that has sparked nationwide campus protests and chaos at parliament on Wednesday.
"All parties should allow space for this matter to be discussed in a manner that will enable us to find a solution," Zuma said in a statement said on Thursday.
